My stay at Benjatara Boutique Resort was surprisingly pleasant. The location wasn't easy to find, but the hotel itself was modern and clean. I was a bit underwhelmed by the dining options, as the portion sizes for dinner felt more like light snacks. Overall, it was a decent experience for the price I paid.

Rooms
7.0
I stayed in one of the new rooms across the lane. It was basic but comfortable, with a nice presentation. However, the small window and location of the bathroom felt a bit claustrophobic.
Service
7.0
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was fast, and although the food quality was average, they were helpful at breakfast.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was a bit tricky to navigate to, behind the Ford dealership, but it felt safe with ample parking. Accessibility to the city center was reasonable.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast included some basic Thai food, and you could order eggs and toast, which was nice, but dinner portions were too small for a main course.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were simple yet functional; cleanliness could improve, particularly in the room's bathroom, but overall it felt modern.

I had a pleasant three-week stay at Benjatara Boutique Resort in Lopburi. The service was friendly and the food was surprisingly good-definitely better than many high-end restaurants in town. However, the decor in the VIP room felt a bit too dark and austere for my taste, and it was challenging to find the hotel initially. Overall, I'd return for the service and food, but there are some areas for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in a VIP room, which was spacious but a bit too dark and underfurnished for me. The bed was firm, but it actually helped my back. Just a heads up, there's no elevator, so I chose this room as it had no steps, convenient for my Mom. Overall, the room was clean but lacked decoration.
Service
8.0
The staff at the front desk were incredibly sweet and always eager to help me with anything I needed. Although they had limited English, their friendliness more than made up for it.
Location
7.0
The hotel was well positioned near a plaza and convenient public transportation, making my travels around Lopburi easy. It was a bit tricky to find at first since it's behind the Ford garage, but once I got my bearings, it was great.
Dining
9.0
The food was a highlight! I'm not exaggerating when I say it was better than some expensive restaurants in Lopburi. I loved the open-air dining, though there were some flies and birds around.
Facilities
5.0
While the facilities included room service and dry cleaning, there was a notable lack of waste bins in the room, which I found inconvenient. The kitchenette and microwave mentioned weren't available either.

I had a pleasant stay at Benjatara Boutique Resort, enjoying the clean rooms and friendly service. The breakfast was a highlight with a great variety of Thai dishes. However, the lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially with heavy luggage, and the location was a bit far from the main attractions. Overall, it was a good value for money.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean with newer furnishings and comfortable beds. I appreciated having a small balcony, although the flimsy doors made it noisy at times.
Service
8.0
The service was friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the staff who provided a good breakfast each day.
Location
6.0
The location was convenient for my work, but it felt a bit isolated and was somewhat daunting to walk around at night. It's a distance from popular attractions.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was varied and generous, focusing on amazing Thai food, which I loved. It was definitely better than street food.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities included room service and dry cleaning, though the absence of an elevator was a drawback for carrying luggage.

5.2/10

I had a rather challenging stay at Benjatara Boutique Resort. The overall experience was lukewarm, as the location felt isolated, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, and the dining options were quite disappointing. However, I did appreciate the friendly service and the basic accommodations, making it manageable for a short visit.

Rooms
5.0
The room was basic and clean for a short stay, but the bathroom cleanliness was lacking, with mold and stains visible.
Service
6.0
Most of the staff were friendly and happy to help with directions, but there were moments when I felt the service could have been more attentive.
Location
5.0
The location is quite far from the city center, making it a bit difficult to navigate. I was relieved to find out that I could catch a bus on the main road, which helped mitigate this issue.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was pretty terrible, with low-quality food that I found hard to enjoy. I didn't expect much, but the tough macaroni was particularly off-putting.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities seemed okay, but the lack of maintenance in the rooms diminished the overall experience. The hotel itself had a nice appearance from the outside.

6.6/10

My stay at Benjatara Boutique Resort was a mixed experience. While the hotel looks modern and the breakfast buffet offered some tasty Thai dishes, the overall quality of the rooms and noise from nearby areas left much to be desired. The location is a bit remote, and while the service was friendly, there were several issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was quite uninviting. The bathroom placement felt awkward, leaving the main area lacking in natural light. Cleanliness was an issue, with signs of mold. Although I appreciated the effort to save electricity with the key system, it meant returning to a hot room after a day's outing.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I liked that they had a buffet breakfast with a range of Thai options, making it easier to start my day.
Location
6.0
The resort's location, about 5 miles outside the city, wasn't ideal for me. While there were no safety concerns, walking back at night felt a bit daunting, and I couldn't help but notice the noise caused by the nearby pig farm and barking dogs.
Dining
7.0
The complimentary breakfast was a highlight of my stay. I enjoyed the basic Thai offerings and fresh cooked eggs, which were delicious. However, eating in an open area meant dealing with flies and the occasional bird, which wasn't very pleasant.
Facilities
6.0
The resort had decent amenities with a mini-fridge and flat-screen TV, but the WiFi was slow and unreliable. Room service and dry cleaning options were available, but I didn't use them during my stay.
